At our Ruby Jean's Juicery Troost location we have launched a brand new breakfast & lunch menu! With more gluten-free, keto and healthier options than before. Breakfast is served from Open to 10:30am, Lunch from 11-Close and both served all day on Saturday.

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of our Northland location inside Price Chopper off of Barry Rd. Within the 8 months of our residency, we gained great support, but our vision never materialized like we hoped. Its very hard to make decisions like this, but we are always encouraged at what God has done and continues to do for us. There is no perfect story and no consistent incline. Failure will teach us what to look for and ultimately make us more powerful. Our journey will still continue and we will keep trecking along in hopes to continue our mission to bring healthy and fresh offering to the great city of Kansas City. You can still find us downtown at 1111 Main St., midtown at 3000 Troost, and in North Kansas City, inside the YMCA at 1999 Iron Steet.

KANSAS CITY!!! We are SO excited to announce the Grand Opening of the newest addition to the Ruby Jean's Juicery family - Ruby Jean's To-Go. Opening inside of the beautiful North Kansas City YMCA. This expansion will be the first food & beverage partnership in YMCA of Greater KC’s 165-year history. It will feature a smaller quick kiosk setup where members of the YMCA, and public, can choose to grab fresh cold-pressed juice, healthy snacks, salads, wraps and produce. As Ruby Jean’s Juicery wraps up this project, it is another stride towards making Kansas City a healthier city. It will also add healthy choices to a community where there are limited options & partner with a community staple like the YMCA. 

Help us CELEBRATE on July 7th at 11:11 am at the North Kansas City YMCA, located at 1999 Iron Street. Help us flood the Y that morning, and show the community how important healthy eating is!! Please share with your friends and family!!

At 11:11 am this morning, we cut the ribbon to our newest addition to the Ruby Jean's Family - Ruby Jean's Kitchen & Juicery.  Adding more healthy, vegan and gluten-free options to our menu. Breakfast is served from 8-10:30 am and Lunch from 11am-close. Hours are M-Thur 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-4pm and Sat & Sun 10am-3pm. Check out our new menu below.

We've been hard at work in our test kitchen crafting up some delicious to-go lunch items. This mult-grain wrap is loaded with marinated chicken breast, shredded carrots, peppers, and cucumbers. "PDA" smoothie - peanut butter, dates, red & green apples, cinnamon, agave, The Yembur smoothie - dates, banana, peanut butter, pretzels, honey, chocolate protein, cocoa powder and finally Beetle Juice - beets and ginger.
